HPZ Limited, makers of Haier Thermocool Home Appliances and electrical products, recently rewarded winners of its Airconditioners Dealer Promotion at an event in Lagos.

The event which held at the HT Cool World Plaza on Victoria Island, Lagos was attended by dealers from haier Thermocool Sales Outlets across the country.

Speaking at the occasion, the General Manager Marketing, Mr. Vishwas Saxena, expressed the appreciation of the company to the dealers for their contributions so far as he urged them to strive to achieve more in the next marketing year.

Also speaking at the occasion, Consumer Marketing Manager, Mr. Olaonipekun Okunowo, said the company appreciates the efforts of the dealers as he assured them of improvement on after-sales service and consumer protection. According to Okunowo "Haier Thermocool emphasises the need for after-sales service and has invested a lot on this".

The Commercial Director of HPZ Ltd, Mr. Panos Katsis speaking at the promo said that the promo is aimed at rewarding loyal customers of the company last weekend, he said that since the company has been noted for quality that they would ensure that they continue to get better.

According to him, the purpose of the promo was to reward their customers who are the main reason they are in business. His wiords "We are customer conscious people because we know that they are the reason we are in business. It is because of this that once in a while we organise a forum like this to say thank you for your patronage. We know that we are not the only company that is producing this range of products so we always feel humble when they make us their choice. This forum also gives us the opportunity to not only getting to know them better but also it affords us the opportunity to hear from them about how they feel about our products.
